More Opportunities from Meritas
The Meritas Music Festival
Middle and High School students have the opportunity to take part in the Meritas Music Festival. Band, choir and orchestra members come together with peers from around the world to learn, share, and experience the sheer joy and fun of playing music. Students receive instruction from Meritas’ master music teachers, as well as from world-renowned musicians.
Meritas International Theatre Festival
At this event, students attend theatre workshops and master classes, receiving instruction on acting techniques, improvisation, technical theatre, playwriting, musical theatre styles and “acting from the inside out,” which involves self-discovery through meditation and sharing.
The Meritas Games
Middle School students can choose to participate in this multi-sport tournament held annually in Orlando, Florida. Gold medals and trophies are awarded in eight sports (baseball, basketball, golf, soccer, swimming, tennis, track and volleyball). All participants leave the event with new friends and fond memories. |
